90-Day Warranty

This 90-Day Home Warranty provides homeowners and home buyers peace of mind and coverage from unforeseen issues that come up with your home’s mechanical equipment, appliances and some structural items. This warranty is effective from the date of your initial home inspection for 90 days.
120-Day Warranty
(Gold & Platinum Packages)
Our 120-Day Home Warranty provides sellers protection during a real estate transaction when your house is on the market. This warranty covers appliance, mechanical and structural issues and is effective from the date of the initial inspection for 120 days or the sale date, whichever occurs first.

Maintenance services start at $299 for a one-time inspection and maintenance of your home and go up from there. Our most expensive package would only cost you $998 for an annual maintenance package, which also includes a 90-day home warranty.
There will never be any hidden charges or extra fees, such as service calls and deductibles, on our maintenance packages.
