A: No. This is a visual-only, verbal consultation with no tools and no written report. It’s designed to help sellers get ahead of common issues before buyers schedule their own inspection.es here ..
Q2: Will I get anything in writing?
I am a so called subtitle.A: No. All feedback is verbal. If you want a written report, we do offer an add-on that can be purchased separately. Writing a report is much more time-consuming, and we would not be able to offer this service at that price.
Q3: Can I get a report?
A: Yes. You can purchase a report that not only documents the defects for you, but it also comes with a repair recommendation and the average price to make the repair.
Q4: Can I use this walkthrough in negotiations?
I am a so called subtitle.A: No. Since there’s no report, this service isn’t meant to be used in negotiations. It’s strictly for your personal guidance to making repairs before getting a buyers inspection.
Q5: Do I need my agent there?
I am a so called subtitle.A: Your agent is welcome to attend, but it’s not required. Many sellers find it helpful to have their agent there to hear the same feedback.
Q6: What should I do to prepare?
I am a so called subtitle.A: Just make sure we can access the main areas of the home (attic hatch, electrical panel, water heater, etc.), and have any questions ready. You don’t have to clean or repair anything before we arrive.
